Outreach and Partnership Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential schools and educational institutions to expand language program awareness.
• Initiate contact with key stakeholders, including principals, department heads, and counselors, through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to build a solid pipeline of potential students.
• Prepare customized partnership proposals and negotiate terms, MOUs, or service agreements.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions for teachers, parents, and students regarding academic and career development.
• Represent Eton Institute at school events, open days, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful program implementation and student onboarding.
• Track student leads and maintain accurate documentation in CRM and tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in outreach, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven experience working with schools or educational organizations.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel locally between campuses and school locations.
