About the Company

Foundation Christian Church is a church plant associated with the Collegiate Church Network located in Auburn Hills, MI. The church's mission is to build and establish foundations on the Lord so that all may come to know Him, love Him, and live for Him, utilizing a relational model of ministry focused on discipleship, evangelism, and community.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop outreach strategies to engage the community with the gospel
• Foster relationships with local nonprofits and organizations to create service opportunities
• Conduct biweekly discipleship or evangelism meetings with individuals
• Provide training to equip the congregation for outreach and evangelism
• Identify underprivileged and needy populations for church service
• Teach spiritual development classes
• Provide exegetical preaching and assist the lead pastor with sermon series development
• Recruit, train, and launch teams for new ministry initiatives
• Partner with Reliant to raise personal financial support for salary

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant ministry field
• Must meet biblical qualifications for eldership (1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1)
• Strong commitment to evangelism and disciple making
• Ability to form deep connections with others
• Missions-minded and developmentally oriented
