Outreach Advisor

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on sales plans to establish links with schools, companies, and providers
• Prospect candidates within educational institutions and corporate environments
• Conduct follow-ups via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom
• Attend prospecting appointments with companies
• Manage and update the CRM database with new prospects and student information
• Ensure the achievement of weekly and monthly enrollment indicators
• Participate in departmental activities such as school activations and business events
• Close sales and provide continuous follow-up to prospective candidates

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related commercial field
• Proven experience in intangible sales
• Experience in telemarketing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset
