Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for kidney disease patients
• Perform systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre-, during, and post-treatment
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to prescribed intradialytic transfusions
• Educate patients and their families regarding basic learning needs and treatment processes
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with emergency response measures and participate in staff training and orientation
• Document all patient data, medical justifications, and treatment modifications in medical records

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state nursing licensure
• Current CPR BLS Certification
• Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
• 6 months of experience in acute dialysis
• Experience in hemodialysis or ICU settings
