Outpatient Program Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set strategic priorities and achieve operational and financial goals
• Oversee administrative, clinical, and medical staff to ensure program integrity
• Focus on census building, strategic staffing, and operational efficiency
• Recruit and develop employees to create a motivating culture and increase retention
• Lead clinical teams and supervise clinical decisions, ensuring staff competency and program fidelity
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams regarding client admission, discharge, and level of care
• Facilitate individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Review clinical documentation daily to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences, or a relevant field
• Active mental health licensure in the state of Colorado
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical leadership capacity
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities
• Strong mentoring and coaching experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
