Outpatient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support to staff, patients, visitors, and medical staff
• Manage reception services, including directing patients and visitors to appropriate services
• Oversee administrative processing for patients across pre-admission, admission, service delivery, and discharge phases
• Maintain high levels of data entry accuracy using hospital management systems

Requirements

• Proven background in administration within a service-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service delivery skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience with hospital Patient Management systems (e.g., iPM/BOSSNet) is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Hospital Administration or Patient Services
• Training in Customer Service principles
• Certificate III in Business Administration
