Outpatient Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and chart client progress.
• Monitor and follow up on client needs and submit monthly service reports.
• Coordinate services in collaboration with various state, federal, and local agencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
• Valid Arizona behavioral health license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC) or eligibility for licensure.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet company driving policies.
• Ability to pass background and DCS Central Registry checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating co-occurring disorders.
• Experience working with domestic violence probationers.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen is a plus).
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or ASL).
