About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning using evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and chart client progress.
- Monitor and follow up on client needs and submit monthly service reports.
- Coordinate services in collaboration with various state, federal, and local agencies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
- Valid Arizona behavioral health license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC) or eligibility for licensure.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet company driving policies.
- Ability to pass background and DCS Central Registry checks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating co-occurring disorders.
- Experience working with domestic violence probationers.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen is a plus).
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or ASL).
