Outlet Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by engaging with various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the entire sales process
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options to complete their purchases
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and meet monthly sales goals/KPIs
• Create invoices, schedule deliveries, and manage customer accounts through prospecting
• Maintain showroom neatness to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Navigate large showroom environments and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (showrooms can be very large)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Ability to use an iPad for training, transactions, and inventory checks
• Strong communication skills and a customer-facing background
