Outlet Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on products to enhance their shopping experience
• Act as a brand ambassador by informing customers about current product features and benefits
• Drive customer loyalty through high-quality interactions to convert visitors into brand enthusiasts
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company visual merchandising guidelines
• Support stock management, including product deliveries and inventory organization
• Maintain an excellent store appearance and follow company policies and procedures
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication with team members and leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role
• Retail experience is preferred
• Proficiency in the official local language; English skills are a plus
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
• Passion for the outdoors and an interest in sharing that enthusiasm with customers
• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
