Outlet Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Load products into customer vehicles using proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damage.
• Install and tighten hardware, adjust doors, install legs on sofas, and attach various furniture components.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the Outlet and product staging area, including vacuuming carpets and clearing debris.
• Remove and transfer "Sold" products to the clearance customer pick-up location and restock the showroom with pre-priced furniture.
• Maintain positive interactions with sales staff, distribution personnel, and customers.

Requirements

• High-School Diploma or GED.
• Basic tool knowledge and ability to use them effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Availability to work a 5-day, 40-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous operations experience within a retail or warehouse environment.
