Outlet Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Load products into customer vehicles using proper material handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe and secure loads.
• Perform furniture assembly and maintenance, including installing hardware, adjusting doors, attaching legs, and fastening tops to bases.
• Assist with showroom maintenance, including cleaning floors, removing debris, and vacuuming carpets daily.
• Manage product movement by transferring "Sold" items to the clearance pick-up location and restocking the showroom with pre-priced furniture.
• Maintain positive interactions with sales staff, distribution personnel, and customers to improve overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• High-School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 75 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of tools and their use.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a 5-day, 40-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous operations experience within a retail or warehouse environment.
