Outlet Merchandising Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Merchandising team in the seasonal assortment process from briefing to in-season management
• Build and maintain sell-in and sell-through tools tailored to the outlet business
• Analyze performance results, including sell-out, assortment trends, and store performance
• Create clear, visual reports to support decision-making
• Assist in organizing outlet range plans, product presentations, and internal meetings
• Support product training preparation and the creation of merchandising materials
• Conduct competitive benchmark assessments relevant to the outlet channel
• Analyze excess stock flows and how merchandising decisions optimize inventory and product lifecycles

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or a related field (or graduated within the last year)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools
• Familiarity with Adobe tools
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners
• A hands-on mentality with a passion for fashion and merchandising
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in learning tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Assortify
