Outlet Manager All Day Dining

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet ensuring luxury hospitality standards
• Manage and supervise dining team including servers and kitchen staff
• Develop operational strategies to maximize revenue and optimize costs
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional culinary experiences and service quality
• Monitor food and beverage inventory and manage stock levels
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Conduct regular staff training and development programmes
• Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective measures
• Manage guest relations and handle complaints professionally
• Prepare performance reports including financial analysis and operational metrics
• Collaborate with culinary and other hotel departments to ensure integrated guest experiences
• Implement cost control measures and manage budgets effectively

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in food and beverage management
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within luxury hospitality
• Proven track record of managing full-service dining outlets with revenue responsibility
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems and POS software
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Fluency in English
