About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets ensuring Fairmont standards
- Manage and supervise outlet staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage procurement to optimize profitability
- Maintain exceptional service quality and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Prepare and manage outlet budgets and monitor financial performance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and culinary teams
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration
- 6-7 years of progressive experience in outlet management or F&B operations
- Proven track record of managing P&L statements and financial targets
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and POS systems
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the Indian hospitality market preferred
