Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier monitoring support to ensure customer home security
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency camera events via direct interaction or email
• Analyze and interpret situations to dispatch emergency services or refer callers to appropriate contacts
• Maintain clear and concise logs of calls, activities, and account information in the database
• Review and annotate images with high attention to detail
• Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses through required training and renewals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass multiple state licensing background checks and monitoring exams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to maintain composure during high-intensity emergency situations
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Henrico, VA
• Availability for Day, Evening, or Overnight shifts (requires 2 weeks of day training)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of prior monitoring experience
