About the Company

Backed by Ant International, EPOS is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore. As part of its strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, EPOS is building a dynamic team to empower Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners through digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Visit and approach merchants through cold calling, walk-ins, and inbound leads
• Explain and promote payment gateway solutions, including pricing and transaction fees
• Close merchant sign-ups and assist with onboarding and deployment
• Maintain relationships with assigned merchants to ensure active usage
• Follow up on payment issues and resolve basic problems
• Provide regular updates on merchant progress and on-ground feedback to the internal team

Requirements

• Previous work experience in sales pitching (ideally 2 years)
• Good understanding and connections in F&B or Retail industries
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to driving sales
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Driven, motivated, and committed to success
