Outdoor Discovery Program Rental Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-rental equipment inspections to ensure safety and quality
• Manage rental agreements, payment transactions, and accurate record-keeping
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with vessel boarding/disembarking
• Maintain, clean, and organize vessels and outdoor equipment
• Monitor weather conditions and advise customers on safety accordingly
• Enforce all safety regulations, company policies, and emergency response protocols
• Communicate equipment repair or replacement needs to leadership

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for the outdoors and a desire to work in an outdoor environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or recreational fields
