About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Outdoor Adventures trips and programs
- Assist with trip logistics, participant engagement, and safety procedures
- Enforce safety parameters and logistics in accordance with Student Union policies
- Facilitate group dynamics, risk management, and emergency procedures
- Assist with pre-trip and post-trip administration, including itinerary design and participant communication
- Ensure outdoor equipment and gear are inspected and used safely
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, training days, and workshops
