Outcomes Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, startups, and government entities in Jordan and the MENA region
• Track and monitor graduate progress to ensure successful employment and career advancement
• Support graduates in securing full-time employment, contract work, internships, and freelance engagements
• Build relationships with Jordan's startup ecosystem, including incubators and accelerators
• Develop employer pipelines and maintain a database of technology vacancies
• Enable graduates to access global remote work and freelancing opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of employer partnerships and graduate outcomes

Requirements

• Jordanian National
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Technology, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, workforce development, or business development
• Strong understanding of Jordan's labor market and technology ecosystem
• Proven ability to build partnerships with external stakeholders
