Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily night warehouse operations, including order selection, product replenishment, and order loading
• Manage labor hours, consumable supplies, and work schedules to stay within budget
• Conduct daily shipping and loading audits to ensure accurate documentation and food safety compliance
• Monitor warehouse productivity and suggest efficiency or cost-reduction measures
• Train and develop warehouse staff, including new associates and cross-training existing team members
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, USDA, etc.)
• Coordinate with the Safety department to conduct inspections and accident investigations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of related warehouse or supervisory experience
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and word processing
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
