Outbound Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily night warehouse operations, including order selection, product replenishment, and order loading.
• Supervise and direct night warehouse staff, including selectors, loaders, and forklift operators.
• Oversee labor hours and consumable supplies to ensure operations remain within budget.
• Conduct daily shipping and loading audits to ensure accurate documentation (HAACP, food safety, etc.) and proper material handling.
• Monitor warehouse productivity reporting and suggest efficiency or cost-reduction measures.
• Coordinate with the Safety department to conduct training, accident investigations, and routine safety inspections.
• Execute management functions including staff selection, development, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies such as OSHA, FDA, and USDA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of related warehouse management experience or training.
• Proficiency in Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
• Knowledge of warehouse productivity reporting.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a similar major.
