Outbound Verification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and verify digital orders in SAP/ERP systems for accuracy
• Generate and apply shipping labels and prepare containers for shipment
• Confirm item numbers, model numbers, and product details against outbound delivery orders
• Occasionally load outbound trucks and handle returns using pallet jacks
• Complete hazmat/IATA training and follow safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean work areas, aisles, and trailers to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• Basic math and computer literacy
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to operate manual or motorized pallet jacks
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs individually and team lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to squat, bend, stoop, and twist throughout the shift
• Successfully pass all pre-employment screening and drug tests

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with tracking programs such as SAP
• 1 year of computer experience
• Knowledge of operating a wrap machine
