Outbound Verification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review digital orders in SAP and generate shipping labels
• Confirm item numbers and model numbers on Outbound Deliver Orders
• Prepare products and containers for shipment
• Assist with loading outbound trucks and unloading returns using pallet jacks
• Complete Hazmat/IATA training for handling global shipping merchandise
• Maintain inventory accuracy and escalate compliance concerns
• Perform warehouse maintenance including sweeping and debris removal

Requirements

• Basic math and computer knowledge
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs and instructions
• Ability to use manual or motorized pallet jacks
• Physical ability to lift 5-50lbs (or team lift 50+lbs) and perform repetitive motions like squatting, bending, and twisting
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and drug tests

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience using SAP or other tracking programs
• 1 year of general computer experience
• Experience operating a wrap machine
