Outbound Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the outbound team, including pickers, packers, and dispatchers, to meet daily shipment targets.
• Monitor the workflow of order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Track performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and order cycle time, reporting daily and weekly KPIs.
• Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers.
• Ensure all outbound activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound or logistics operations, preferably in an e-commerce or fulfillment center environment.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends if required.
