Outbound Specialist L1

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate shipping documents to ensure accuracy and operational excellence
• Prepare customs clearance documentation and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Monitor transportation processes from origin to destination to guarantee on-time delivery
• Coordinate daily planning of trailers, containers, and vans with Plant and Warehouse teams
• Manage material damage or loss claims and ensure proper resolution
• Implement Lean activities and ECIP initiatives to optimize transportation processes and reduce waste
• Activate contingency plans to secure supply continuity and avoid unnecessary premiums
• Alert stakeholders regarding potential logistics risks such as weather, strikes, or holidays
• Prepare monthly performance reports, premium cost reports, and End-of-Month (EOM) closure activities
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve logistics objectives

Requirements

• BAC + 2 level of studies
• 2 years of experience in a similar outbound logistics or transportation position
• Fluency in both French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
