About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the outbound sales team on a daily basis
- Assign individual and collective goals, tracking performance to ensure targets are met
- Provide continuous feedback and conduct coaching sessions for team members
- Define prospecting and closing strategies in collaboration with management
- Monitor conversion metrics and call efficiency
- Train the team on CRM usage (HubSpot) and sales techniques, including objection handling and negotiation
- Ensure correct and complete use of the CRM to optimize lead management
- Foster a positive, competitive, and disciplined team culture
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and motivating outbound sales teams
- Expertise in B2B outbound sales, including cold calling and phone-based closing
- Strong CRM management skills, preferably with HubSpot
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and meet objectives
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Ability to train, develop, and improve the skills of sales consultants
- Strong organizational skills and process management capabilities
- Analytical thinking and adaptability to adjust strategies based on results
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for collaborating with international teams
