- Develop creative outreach systems tailored to target accounts
- Utilize AI-assisted workflows to structure time and manage follow-ups
- Monitor industry news to identify timely outreach opportunities
- Maintain accurate lead records and reporting in Salesforce
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to drive pipeline growth
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a SaaS SDR role or PR industry preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for email outreach
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work East Coast or Central US hours
- Proactive approach to incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SalesNav, Nooks, or similar sales engagement platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
