Outbound Sales Agent/Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US business owners and decision makers
• Build rapport quickly and create interest in payment solution products
• Handle objections calmly and maintain persistence to reach decision makers
• Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the closing team
• Follow up via call and email to ensure lead conversion
• Maintain clean and up-to-date pipeline notes within the CRM
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of outbound call centre, telesales, or BPO experience, ideally on US or UK campaigns
• Strong, clear spoken English with a warm and energetic phone presence
• Experience using a dialer and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Five9, RingCentral)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Reliable remote setup including a quiet workspace, headset, stable high-speed internet, and backup power/internet
• Availability to work US business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous appointment setting or SDR experience for international clients
• Background in fintech, payments, insurance, or high-volume phone sales
• Knowledge of the payment processing or cannabis industry
