OUTbound Referral Advisor

Responsibilities

• Cold call and convert outbound leads and quotes into sales to meet quantity and quality targets
• Interact with customers telephonically to offer product guidance and assist in purchasing decisions
• Inform potential clients of product benefits while adhering to established quality measures
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Utilize persuasion techniques to close sales and achieve individual and team objectives
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and prompt manner

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• FAIS Regulatory Exam completed
• Recognized qualification for advice-giving roles
• Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales

• Experience within the short-term insurance industry
