Responsibilities
- Handle outbound processes for the UK shift
- Manage inbound technical support for US markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Close calls effectively and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Experience in support processes
- Ability to handle payment gateway transactions
- Immediate availability to join
