Outbound Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are planned and prioritized to meet or exceed customer schedules
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to assign and maintain the flow of work throughout the warehouse
• Manage wave planning to ensure customer orders are processed in the correct order of priority
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to associates and validate understanding of requirements
• Notify Operations of all customer-requested changes regarding scheduling, processing, and shipping
• Monitor daily pick workload tasks to ensure they are completed and correctly processed in the system
• Produce and maintain required operational reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of order entry systems
• Strong customer service experience
