Outbound Licensing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of all license contracts, amendment agreements, and renewals through final execution
• Enter global licensee contracts into the licensing database and manage royalty collection information
• Facilitate forecast collections from licensees and assist in the execution of annual licensee audits
• Coordinate Crayola product orders for licensed partners by processing and tracking with cross-functional teams
• Manage the execution of annual Licensing tradeshows in collaboration with the meetings and events planner
• Maintain the global licensee contact database and manage internal and external communications
• Organize and distribute outbound product samples and manage inbound production sample shipments
• Assist in the creation of presentations, sales reports, and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with project management or digital asset tools
