Outbound Financial Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations about financial goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities relating to investments, pensions, retirement planning, estate planning, protection, and wealth creation
• Generate and book qualified appointments for Financial Advisers
• Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional and consultative approach
• Handle objections confidently and effectively
• Accurately record customer information and interactions within CRM systems
• Follow up leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a call centre, telesales, financial services, wealth management, estate planning, or customer engagement environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales, lead generation, or appointment booking targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong objection-handling and influencing abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• High School (Matric) qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Wealth Management or an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm
• Experience in Estate Planning, Pensions, Investments, or Protection and Insurance
• Experience generating appointments for Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers
• Understanding of financial planning concepts and customer financial wellbeing
• Experience within FCA-regulated or financial services environments
