Responsibilities
- Manage lead qualification by understanding customer needs and matching vehicles and accessories to their desires
- Handle and respond to lead-to-sales queries efficiently to ensure unimpeded sales processes
- Interact with stakeholders and third parties to resolve reported queries and issues quickly
- Track issues and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure complete and successful resolution
- Maintain high standards of data completeness and accuracy within designated systems
- Comply with inbound and outbound targets and contact KPIs
- Provide warm, sincere, and respectful communication that aligns with customer preferences
- Participate in team meetings to track performance, share information, and manage issues
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment
- Full fluency in both written and verbal Portuguese
