About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead qualification by understanding customer needs and matching vehicles and accessories to their desires
  • Handle and respond to lead-to-sales queries efficiently to ensure unimpeded sales processes
  • Interact with stakeholders and third parties to resolve reported queries and issues quickly
  • Track issues and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure complete and successful resolution
  • Maintain high standards of data completeness and accuracy within designated systems
  • Comply with inbound and outbound targets and contact KPIs
  • Provide warm, sincere, and respectful communication that aligns with customer preferences
  • Participate in team meetings to track performance, share information, and manage issues

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Full fluency in both written and verbal Portuguese
