Outbound Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify and engage SME prospects through cold calling, networking, and lead-generation channels
• Conduct discovery conversations with business owners to assess funding requirements and product suitability
• Guide clients through the funding application process and collaborate with credit and risk teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide feedback for commercial strategy

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a target-driven environment
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including qualification, negotiation, and deal closure
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently with business decision-makers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SME lending, fintech, banking, or commercial finance
• Background in merchant cash advance (MCA) or working capital solutions
