About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, and creative play
- Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment
- Use positive behaviour guidance to support children with different needs
- Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff
- Support or lead day-to-day programme operations from set-up through pack-down
- Guide and support team members in leadership roles
Requirements
