Out of School Programme Staff

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, and creative play
• Supervise and engage with children, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment
• Use positive behaviour guidance to support children with different needs
• Build relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff
• Support or lead day-to-day programme operations from set-up to pack-down
• Guide and support team members in leadership roles

Requirements

• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Reliable transport to South Auckland sites
• Availability from 2:30pm on weekdays
• Experience in childcare, education, coaching, camps, or similar
• Leadership or supervisory experience for Programme Manager and Assistant Programme Manager roles
• Age 20 or older for leadership roles
• Confidence working with groups of children
