OU Tech Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital and technology initiatives across the Organisational Unit (OU)
• Assist in translating business requirements into delivery activities, including configuration, testing, and release
• Coordinate tasks between internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution
• Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for defined systems, platforms, or workstreams
• Monitor system performance and support the resolution of incidents and defects
• Maintain required documentation and operational artefacts in line with established standards
• Follow secure-by-design practices and adhere to data privacy and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, technology delivery, or IT support roles
• Exposure to commercial platforms such as CRM, marketing technology, digital experience, analytics, or eCommerce
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams or external vendors
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
