OU Tech Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital and technology initiatives across the Organisational Unit (OU).
• Assist in translating business requirements into delivery activities, including configuration, testing, and release.
• Coordinate tasks between internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for defined systems, platforms, or workstreams.
• Monitor system performance and support the resolution of incidents and defects.
• Maintain required documentation and operational artefacts in line with established standards.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for India-based delivery.
• Contribute actively within Agile or hybrid delivery teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, technology delivery, or IT support roles.
• Exposure to commercial platforms such as CRM, marketing technology, digital experience, analytics, or eCommerce.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams or third-party vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and operate within a fast-paced, global environment.
