OU Data Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for data & AI within the Operating Unit
• Partner with OU business leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize use cases and business opportunities
• Translate complex business needs into clear data & AI requirements aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive awareness of Haleon’s enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy within the OU
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on data & AI driven growth and efficiency
• Lead and coordinate OU-aligned data roles to ensure consistent application of services
• Work with global Data Office roles including Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI to deliver outcomes
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle from demand to delivered intelligence
• Support definition of success measures, benefits hypotheses, and value tracking
• Feed OU insights and learnings into the enterprise innovation pipeline

Requirements

• Significant experience in data, analytics, intelligence, or digital roles
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience managing demand, prioritization, and value delivery
• Solid understanding of BI, advanced analytics, AI-enabled intelligence, and data governance
• Highly structured and outcome-focused approach to governance and delivery
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consumer products or consumer healthcare industry
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance, stewardship, and information architecture
• Experience working with global or multi-market teams across time zones
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in ambiguous environments
