OU Data Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the Data Office and the India Subcontinent Operating Unit (OU)
• Partner with OU business leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize data and AI use cases
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data and AI requirements aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive awareness and consistent application of Haleon’s enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy within the OU
• Lead and coordinate OU-aligned data roles to ensure high-quality delivery of intelligence products
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle from initial demand to delivered, actionable intelligence
• Support the definition of success measures, benefits hypotheses, and value tracking for all initiatives
• Advise on emerging digital, data, and analytics trends relevant to the Operating Unit

Requirements

• Significant experience in data, analytics, intelligence, or digital roles with business-facing delivery
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior commercial or functional leaders
• Demonstrated experience managing demand, prioritization, and value delivery across multiple initiatives
• Solid understanding of BI, advanced analytics, AI-enabled intelligence, and data governance
• Highly structured and outcome-focused approach to governance and delivery management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and reframe complex concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the consumer products or consumer healthcare industry
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance, stewardship, and information architecture
• Experience working within global or multi-market teams across different time zones
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in ambiguous environments
