About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ENT conditions including chronic sinusitis, hearing loss, and voice disorders
- Interpret diagnostic testing such as audiograms, imaging, and endoscopy findings
- Collaborate with family physicians, audiologists, and other specialists
- Provide patient education and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Medical degree with licensure in Ontario or eligibility through CPSO
- Fellowship in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada)
- Strong clinical and procedural skills in general ENT
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Subspecialty interests such as rhinology, otology, or laryngology
