OTC Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales targets are met within the assigned territory (ZH-Ost/SG-West/SH/TG) for the responsible product portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs based on sales data, market insights, and established relationships to optimize productivity.
• Plan and execute efficient sales tours in accordance with segmentation guidelines and manage micro-marketing budgets.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Implement global and local brand strategies, including the planning and negotiation of sales promotions.
• Drive customer-oriented services such as training, micro-marketing activities, and ensuring optimal shelf presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems (Veeva Engage, Trax, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally within an OTC or pharmacy environment.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and optimizing retail execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a high degree of customer orientation.
• Proficiency in modern sales and CRM tools, specifically Veeva Engage and Trax.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (ZH-Ost/SG-West/SH/TG).
• Ability to work in a full-time (100%) capacity.
