OTC Accountant Technician

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoice records and manage collections on due dates
• Handle exceptions such as pricing or quality issues on customer invoices
• Liaise with Sales Administration, Controlling, and customers regarding financial records
• Reconcile open customer invoices with customer statements following Group policy
• Manage customer invoice flows within the SAP accounts receivable system
• Identify reasons for unpaid invoices and propose month-end claims booking
• Ensure collection allocation activities are handled promptly to minimize unallocated cash
• Support customer master data change requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Contribute to Working Capital Requirement (WCR) activities, including forecasting and netting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Strong accounting background with specific expertise in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in SAP Finance and Microsoft Office
• Experience in Finance O2C (Order-to-Cash) operations is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments and ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn
