OT/IoT Standards & Control Framework Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review, and maintenance of OT and IoT Written Standards to ensure alignment with cybersecurity, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing the OT & IoT Control Framework through control mapping, impact assessments, and risk analysis across ICS and IoT environments.
• Maintain OT/IoT control and standards content within the Digital & Technology Management System (DTMS), managing metadata, versioning, and governance.
• Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into actionable standards and control definitions for engineering and site teams.
• Collaborate with GRC tooling teams to maintain master controls and ensure alignment between Written Standards and enterprise risk processes.
• Identify and recommend improvements to legacy or redundant controls, incorporating modern practices for remote access, segmentation, and asset lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Control Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, engineering, IoT device governance, technology risk, or compliance.
• Proven experience working with OT/ICS systems, IoT architectures, or digital manufacturing environments.
• Foundational understanding of risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting documentation lifecycle management and governance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training in OT cybersecurity, IoT security, or GRC frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC-62443, NIST CSF, ITIL, ISO 27001).
• Experience working within regulated environments such as GxP manufacturing, consumer health, pharma, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with OT/IoT threat landscapes, asset lifecycle, network segmentation, and secure remote access patterns.
• Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or ISO 27001.
