OT Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Engineer

About the Company

Axians Emirates, an operational entity of Cegelec Abu Dhabi (a subsidiary of VINCI Energies), specializes in the deployment and maintenance of telecom infrastructure, access control, and CCTV systems. They deliver end-to-end solutions for critical sectors, including oil & gas and defense.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update information security procedures and guidelines for OT environments
• Ensure compliance with group cybersecurity policies and industrial standards
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS for industrial control systems
• Identify cybersecurity risks and perform risk assessments for OT assets
• Monitor risk treatment plans and ensure timely closure of identified gaps
• Conduct internal cybersecurity audits and coordinate external audits
• Analyze security incidents impacting OT environments and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international cybersecurity standards
• Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with ISMS requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity
• Strong focus on OT / ICS / SCADA environments
• Proven experience in risk management, compliance, ISMS implementation, and audits
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
