OT Controls Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the plant's OT cybersecurity roadmap aligned with corporate standards and industry frameworks.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OT cybersecurity across manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation planning for industrial automation systems.
• Manage and report on OT cybersecurity KPIs, audit readiness, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain an asset inventory of OT systems, networks, and software versions, coordinating patching and vulnerability management.
• Partner with OEMs, integrators, and vendors to ensure secure deployment and lifecycle management of industrial equipment.
• Provide training and awareness programs for plant personnel regarding OT cybersecurity practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in system resilience and recovery capabilities against emerging threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on health and safety issues.
• Deep knowledge of industrial control systems including PLC, SCADA, DCS, robotics, and HMIs.
• Expertise in network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with manufacturing technologies such as FANUC, Rockwell, or Siemens.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or CISM.
• Previous experience working in a foundry environment.
