About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering Multi-Function Processor (MFP) solutions within an open systems architecture framework
- Define and drive digital processing architectures across hardware, software, and FPGA domains
- Perform system-level engineering activities including trade studies, requirements development, and performance analysis
- Oversee integration, verification, and validation to ensure systems meet mission and scalability requirements
- Solve complex technical and organizational challenges to support program execution and capture activities
Requirements
- STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modular open systems architectures (SOSA, CMOSS, OMS, MORA)
- Strong background in digital processing systems such as embedded compute, FPGA, and high-speed interfaces
- Experience with multi-function processor (MFP) or mission processing systems
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional, multi-site teams and managing technical risks
