OSS Systems Engineering Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering Multi-Function Processor (MFP) solutions within an open systems architecture framework
• Define and drive digital processing architectures across hardware, software, and FPGA domains
• Perform system-level engineering activities including trade studies, requirements development, and performance analysis
• Oversee integration, verification, and validation to ensure systems meet mission and scalability requirements
• Solve complex technical and organizational challenges to support program execution and capture activities

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modular open systems architectures (SOSA, CMOSS, OMS, MORA)
• Strong background in digital processing systems such as embedded compute, FPGA, and high-speed interfaces
• Experience with multi-function processor (MFP) or mission processing systems
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional, multi-site teams and managing technical risks
