OSS domiciliare (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance and support for daily activities to fragile individuals in their homes, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization, and feeding
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, physiotherapists, doctors) to ensure complete and personalized care
• Monitor patient needs and report any changes to healthcare staff
• Offer emotional and relational support to patients and their families
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable domestic environment
• Correctly utilize medical aids and sanitary devices
• Document all performed activities according to company procedures

Requirements

• Recognized Professional Qualification Certificate as a Socio-Sanitary Operator (OSS)
• Previous experience in home care or socio-sanitary facilities is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
