OSHClub Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
• Design and deliver engaging activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
• Own team rostering, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks
• Foster a positive team environment and guide a team of passionate educators

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian work rights
• Relevant ACECQA qualification (or working towards it)
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
